What is introspective therapy?

Introspective Therapy is an integrative coaching and counselling service providing 1:1 therapy and coaching sessions for those wishing to overcome a personal problem or situation. The sessions are your space and time to re-evaluate your inner world.

It is a space to help you gain clarity on your situation in a way that you wouldn't usually have time to explore. 

The therapy sessions provide a continuous balance of emotional and solution - focused support, which remains flexible throughout the therapy process. 

What is introspection?

Introspection is the ability to ‘look within’ and examine our own conscious thoughts and feelings. It is the observation of our mental and emotional state.

 

What we perceive externally is often a reflection of our inner-world. 

Introspective Therapy provides a space for non-doing of daily activities, to soul-search and pay closer attention to your yourself and your life.

Exploring one’s conscious inner state and connecting with thoughts and feelings (Introspection) gives us a chance to catch ourselves repeating unhelpful patterns.
