Telephone Coaching & Therapy
Telephone coaching and therapy is useful for its convenience, flexibility and affordability. It works as a One-to-One approach and is beneficial to those who struggle to find the time, or are too far to travel into the therapy room.
Similarly to One-to-One therapy sessions, telephone coaching and therapy will help you reconnect with yourself by turning inward and discovering your inner guidance and ability to overcome personal challenges. How does telephone coaching & therapy work?
The first step is to arrange a free consultation call to briefly discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and to see if we can work together. It is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the sessions and to gain a sense of my general approach and decide if you are comfortable. If telephone coaching and therapy is decided, future sessions will be arranged.
What to expect
Telephone sessions will last 60 minutes.
I will facilitate a number of issues to help identify what may be causing certain problems, as well as improve self-understanding. Together we will reflect and explore what's happening inwardly, this includes any feelings and deeper emotions that may be preventing you from moving forward.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space; I will listen and help you gain a better sense of your problem and life for you as a whole. I will also offer you a new perspective, a way of looking at your situation differently, so you can discover new ways of coping.
