Spiritual Therapy will lead you to discover your higher self, becoming less attached to unhelpful thinking and ways of living. Sessions will allow you the time and space you need to hear your inner-voice and to connect with your core desires, giving you a sense of purpose and meaning as well as recognising what is good for your general health and well-being. Spiritual therapy sessions will support you on your own unique journey ensuring that despite life's challenges you are able to maintain a sense of inner-peace and fulfillment.

What to Expect

Each session will last 60 minutes and will usually begin or end with a few moments of breathing and meditation (not compulsory). The sessions will be carried out in a consultation room designed for one-to-one therapy services. Visit contact for more details.

 

My focus is to help you discover your truth in relation to your presenting problem, by exploring what is happening inwardly and finding the best way for you to move forward with positivity, clarity and long term sustainable change.

First Session

The first session is a 60 minute introductory session which will give you the opportunity to gain a sense of my general approach and find out if the sessions may benefit and work for you. This is also an opportunity to find out more on the breathing and meditation exercises and why this may be helpful. During the first session we will explore what you feel you need most from a Spiritual Therapy session.
