Self-Inquiry
Self-Inquiry is beneficial when we observe our thoughts, feelings and ideas we have about ourselves without identifying with them. Positive or negative thoughts, feelings and ideas will usually come and go changefully. The goal here is to discover who is the watcher of all that we perceive and where do we perceive from! By doing the inquiry we are lead to discover our true nature (self-discovery).
Thoughts and feelings often come and go; though the unhelpful pattern tends to occur when our attention to them grows, creating a bigger scenario.
When this recognition has been discovered, it often creates an opening for a deeper knowing of what we are. This is one of the first steps towards self-discovery.

Self-Inquiry is a simple yet profound 'looking into' ones true nature. It is the recognition of what we are beyond our physical body. It allows us to observe a deeper sense of self- awareness. The inquiry looks at your inner nature, conditioning and any negative ideas we may have about ourselves that prevent us from reaching our true potential. Self-Inquiry also allows us to witnesses the movement and changefulness of life without attachment.
